  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodation bookings.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organise and manage key business events and executive meetings.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for the CEO's office.
  • Support the CEO in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required.
