Job Description

  • Respond to incoming calls and provide accurate information and support to clients.
  • Assist with booking clients travel
  • Handle enquiries efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

  • Collaborate with team members to resolve client issues promptly.
  • Follow up on outstanding enquiries to ensure resolution.

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience in customer service or as a inbound contact centre agent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and databases.
  • An ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
