Job Description
- Respond to incoming calls and provide accurate information and support to clients.
- Assist with booking clients travel
- Handle enquiries efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Log and manage client information using the organisation\βs systems.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve client issues promptly.
- Follow up on outstanding enquiries to ensure resolution.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to organisational policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the call centre.
- Assist in improving processes and identifying areas for service enhancement.
The Successful Applicant
- Previous experience in customer service or as a inbound contact centre agent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and databases.
- An ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- A commitment to providing excellent service and supporting clients.
