Our client is a global growth marketing agency with expertise across digital media, technology and performance creative. They\\\'re now looking for a Performance Manager to join their Client Experience team in Manchester - someone who can confidently lead client relationships, steer omnichannel media strategies, and deliver outstanding results.
What you\\\'ll be doing:
- Acting as the main point of contact for your clients - leading meetings, shaping strategies, and ensuring best-in-class service.
- Managing budgets, deals, and campaigns across multiple channels, from planning through to optimisation and reporting.
- Collaborating with internal specialists across media, data, technology and creative to deliver integrated growth solutions.
- Mentoring junior team members and helping to raise the bar across client services.
- Spotting new opportunities, fresh ideas and smarter ways of working - contributing to the agency\\\'s growth journey.
The Successful Applicant
- Strong account management experience within a media or digital agency environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of media planning, buying, and performance optimisation.
- Confident with tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, PowerPoint, AdWords, and Facebook Business Manager (bonus points if you know Experian, Mediatel, TGI, or Addynamix).
- A commercially-minded, proactive problem solver who thrives on delivering value.
