Our client is a leading global online entertainment business with a strong presence across multiple international markets. The company is investing heavily in marketing data and analytics to drive performance, efficiency and innovation across both digital and offline channels. They are looking to hire a Paid Media Marketing Analyst to work closely with the Senior Marketing Analyst and wider marketing teams, playing a key role in delivering insight, analysis and recommendations to optimise campaigns worldwide.
Job Description
- Analyse campaign datasets across digital and offline channels and present actionable insights.
- Plan testing methodologies for acquisition and customer loyalty initiatives.
- Consolidate data from PPC, paid social, programmatic, TV, radio, OOH, VOD, and CRM for analysis.
- Apply media mix and multi-channel attribution modelling to evaluate marketing investments.
- Identify and build profitable customer segments for targeted marketing.
- Collaborate with marketing managers and stakeholders on budgets and forecasts.
- Spot trends, insights, and optimisation opportunities across digital channels in multiple markets.
- Review and challenge agency performance reports to improve future campaigns.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across countries and time zones.
The Successful Applicant
- 3-5+ years in data-driven marketing, ideally in a digital agency or high-volume client-side role.
- Experience with both above-the-line and digital channels, and multi-channel integration.
- Proven ability to analyse complex datasets across paid search, paid social, programmatic, affiliates, CRM, TV, radio, OOH, VOD, and sponsorship.
- Strong understanding of marketing metrics (acquisition, retention, LTV) and financial KPIs.
- Experience in media mix and multi-channel attribution modelling.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Online gaming experience is a plus but not essential.
