Job Description

1. Manage and integrate data from various sources within the Analytics department.
2. Create and maintain accurate, meaningful reports to support decision-making processes.
3. Identify and rectify any data discrepancies or issues.
4. Work closely with other teams to understand their data needs and provide appropriate solutions.
5. Implement new data analysis techniques and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of data management processes.
6. Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and advancements in data analysis and reporting.
7. Ensure data privacy and security regulations are strictly adhered to.
8. Contribute to the overall success of the Analytics department and the organization as a whole.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Data Integration and Reporting Analyst should have:

1. Proven experience in data analysis, integration, and report development.
2. Skilled in SSIS, data warehousing, and schema design for OLAP and OLTP systems.
3. Proficient in Power BI for data modeling and report creation.
4. Strong data quality management and assurance expertise.
5. Advanced knowledge of MS SQL, with exposure to Azure and ADF.
6. Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
