Job Description

  1. Develop and execute automated, multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with company goals and objectives.
  2. Create compelling email content that drives engagement and conversions.
  3. Segment and maintain email lists for targeted marketing campaigns.
  4. Perform A/B testing on subject lines, content, and designs to optimize campaign performance.
  5. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure success and make data-driven recommendations.
  6. Oversee brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  7. Enhance customer journeys using automation.
  8. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations and Business Development, to ensure brand cohesion and message alignment.
  9. Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI on campaign initiatives.
  10. Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to inform brand strategy and positioning.
