About Our Client
Our client is based in Fareham, and due to a busy period and various ongoing projects, their accountancy team is looking for additional support.
Job Description
- Manage and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to address payment-related queries.
- Provide regular reports on aged debt and cash collections to management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts and transactions.
- Follow credit control procedures and take appropriate action on overdue accounts.
- Support the finance team with additional administrative tasks as required.
