Job Description
- Manage and maintain the accounts receivable ledger, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure prompt payments.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies effectively.
- Prepare and issue statements, invoices, and credit notes as required.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams to facilitate efficient processes.
