The Job Description:
- Lead creative concept development for company-wide brand and marketing campaigns, from early ideation through to execution-ready direction.
- Drive brainstorming sessions and creative exploration, ensuring ideas are insight driven, differentiated, and on-brand.
- Define campaign frameworks that scale across channels (web, social, content, lifecycle, sales).
- Contribute to the evolution of our brand positioning, messaging, voice, and visual identity.
- Support rebrand or brand-refresh initiatives through audits, concept development, and creative frameworks, in close partnership with Marketing and Design.
- Ensure consistency of brand expression while allowing space for innovation and growth.
- Execute design work yourself where appropriate (e.g. concept decks, key visuals, early explorations, landing-page direction).
- Partner closely with designers to bring concepts to life, providing clear creative direction, strong feedback, and quality control.
- Ensure final output stays true to the original strategy and creative intent.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to develop creative concepts and brand narratives aligned to company and product priorities.
The Successful Applicant:
- Experience in brand design, creative strategy, or related roles (in-house, agency, or hybrid).
- A portfolio that demonstrates both: Strong brand thinking (identity systems, positioning translated into design, brand evolution work), and Campaign concepting (multi-channel creative systems, launches, or brand awareness initiatives).
- Strong design craft and taste, with the ability to execute at a high level when needed.
- Proven ability to turn insight and strategy into clear, compelling creative direction.
- Confident communicator who can explain the "why" behind ideas and align stakeholders.
