Job Description Are you a Corporate Solicitor looking to progress but are also not enjoying work/life balance and the prospect of continuing to climb the ladder in a large law firm? Do you want to continue to focus on Corporate work and get to Partnership but are thinking that life could better outside of a large city? This is an opportunity to join an established, well-run and financially secure law firm in the Midlands. They have a small but successful Corporate team and they are looking to bring somebody in (at up to salaried Partner level) to help move the team forward. This could be a great opportunity for somebody who is already at a regional firm or perhaps somebody at a big Birmingham firm who wants to do something different. What the firm can offer you: Salaried Partner position (depending on experience) Working in a successful commercial law firm A good work/life balance without compromising on your career prospects A genuine route to equity in the future A firm with a great reputation in the local market Flexible approach to hybrid working – ideally 2-3 days in the office but they have a sensible approach to flexibility No need for a client following – but they would expect to see an aptitude towards business development and networking, along with some track record of revenue generation Competitive salary (discussed on a case by case basis) The Successful Applicant It’s likely that you will be at least a Senior Associate level in Corporate who is looking to progress their career in a regional firm.
