Job Description
The Corporate Legal Director will deal with a range of work and responsibilities including;
- Providing expert legal advice on corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions, PE and venture capital deals
- Leading on deals
- Managing junior fee earners in the team
- Working closely with the Partners in the Leeds team
- Taking an active role in business development
The Successful Applicant
The successful Corporate Legal Director should have / be;
- A qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
- Already be working as a senior lawyer in a known firm
- Extensive experience in corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions and PE work.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ties to Leeds
