Job Description

The Corporate Legal Director will deal with a range of work and responsibilities including;

  • Providing expert legal advice on corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions, PE and venture capital deals
  • Leading on deals
  • Managing junior fee earners in the team
  • Working closely with the Partners in the Leeds team
  • Taking an active role in business development

The Successful Applicant

The successful Corporate Legal Director should have / be;

  • A qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
  • Already be working as a senior lawyer in a known firm
  • Extensive experience in corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions and PE work.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ties to Leeds
