Job Description
This role sits within a specialist Real Estate Investment and Private Funds team, advising on complex corporate real estate transactions. The successful candidate will have experience in M&A and joint ventures and be keen to focus on the real estate sector. You\’ll be joining a team with exceptional transactional experience and a client base that includes private equity funds, REITs, sovereign wealth funds, and pension schemes.
- Advise on corporate M&A transactions in the real estate sector
- Structure and manage joint ventures and investment vehicles
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams on complex deals
- Handle mandates for a range of clients including asset managers and developers
- Contribute to business development and client engagement
The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years PQE with corporate transactional experience
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills, particularly with SPAs and JV structures
- Commercially minded with excellent attention to detail
- Collaborative and proactive, with a drive to build client relationships
- Experience with real estate investment structures (corporates, partnerships, JPUTs) preferred
