Job Description
- Oversee the execution of construction contracts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions
- Monitor contract performance to identify any potential issues and mitigate risks
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and suppliers to achieve the best outcomes
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Develop and implement processes for contract management and administration

The Successful Applicant
