Job Description

  • Ensure technical plans are delivered utilising CAD.
  • Contract compliance and fostering strong relationships with clients to ensure service delivery.
  • Manage and oversee all contractual agreements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, project teams and operations.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all contracts.
  • Monitor contract performance and address any issues or discrepancies.
  • Conduct negotiations to achieve favourable terms for the organisation.
  • Prepare, review, and approve contract documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal operations/teams to align contract delivery.
  • Attend client site meetings/site surveys.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on contract status to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Contract Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in contract management with experience in infrastructure or utilities sector.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools including MS, AutoCAD.
  • Clean Driving Licence.
