Job Description
You\’ll advise a diverse client base—including developers, funders, contractors, and public sector bodies—on procurement strategies, contract drafting and negotiation, and project delivery. The role offers the chance to work on major infrastructure, energy, and commercial developments, collaborating closely with colleagues across the firm\’s national and international network.
The Successful Applicant
You are a UK-qualified solicitor with 3+ years\’ PQE in non-contentious construction law. You have strong technical skills, commercial awareness, and a proactive, team-oriented approach. You should have experience in the below areas:
- Draft and negotiate construction contracts, including JCT and NEC forms.
- Provide legal advice on development agreements, warranties, and bonds.
- Advise clients on procurement strategies and risk management in construction projects.
