Job Description
- Conduct comprehensive conflict checks for new business intake
- Review and draft waivers and consent letters
- Provide legal advice to the business on conflict issues
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Liaise with compliance and risk team to ensure policies are adhered to
- Assist with the development and implementation of conflicts management training
- Participate in risk and compliance projects as required
