Job Description

As a competition solicitor you will be advising on:

  • Merger control and foreign direct investment rules
  • Cartel and abuse of dominance investigations
  • Competition law compliance and dawn raids
  • State aid and subsidy control, including the EU Foreign Subsidy Regulation (ideally but not a requirement)

The Successful Applicant

A successful Competition Solicitor should have/be:

  • An England & Wales, or common law jurisdiction qualified Solicitor
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of antitrust laws and regulations
  • Experience handling competition cases in the professional services industry
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
