Job Description

  • Interpret and analyse operational and financial data using internal systems and tools.
  • Identify trends and provide insightful reports to the Finance Director and Managing Director.
  • Collaborate closely with a team of report writers to meet daily data needs across the business.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs to support strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with various departments across the organisation to understand data requirements and deliver impactful insights.
  • Work alongside various teams within the business to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Contribute to business-wide initiatives with a proactive and change-driven mindset.
  • Potential to manage the reporting team in the future, with opportunities for leadership development.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Analyst should have:
