Job Description

The Client Operations Assistant\’s responsibilities include:

• Entering and maintaining accurate data across systems.
• Generating and distributing client reports.
• Supporting onboarding and processing trades.
• Assisting with dealing points, settlements, and cash management.
• Managing email and phone enquiries to high service standards.
• Supporting ad-hoc projects and operational improvements.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Client Operations Assistant candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a proactive, can-do attitude.
