Job Description

As Vice President in the Digital Infrastructure Finance team, you will:

  • Support the origination & execution of project finance transactions within the digital infrastructure sector.
  • Take ownership of client relationships and lead elements of the deal lifecycle—from pitching to closing.
  • Analyse complex financial models, rating methodologies, and legal documentation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies for all financial transactions.
  • Provide strategic advice on market trends and opportunities within digital infrastructure.
  • Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to team leadership on projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality financial solutions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful VP Project Finance (Digital Infra) should have:

  • Proven expertise in project finance, particularly within digital infrastructure and financial services. (Desired deal exposure to Data Centres, Towers, - NetCo & Greenfield)
