Job Description
As Operations Team Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the team.
- Managing diaries, organising meetings and appointments.
- Preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
- Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
- Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them appropriately.
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
- Coordinating travel arrangements, including flights and accommodation.
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Team Assistant should have:
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- An understanding of the Energy & Natural Resources industry.
- Proven experience supporting C-Suite or Director level.
What's on Offer
