Job Description

  • Draft and negotiate ISDA documentation, credit support annexes, and related agreements.
  • Advise on regulatory issues impacting derivatives and structured products (e.g., EMIR, MiFID II).
  • Support structured finance transactions, including securitisations and repackagings.
  • Assist with margin lending, securities financing, and collateral arrangements.
  • Coordinate with tax, regulatory, and insolvency specialists to deliver integrated advice.
  • Manage due diligence and transaction execution for complex cross‑border deals.
  • Maintain client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • NQ-3 Solicitor who has undertaken a derivatives seat or worked in this space since qualification.
  • Strong academic background.
  • Experience in derivatives; exposure to securitisation, structured finance, or energy/project finance is desirable.
