Job Description
- Draft and negotiate ISDA documentation, credit support annexes, and related agreements.
- Advise on regulatory issues impacting derivatives and structured products (e.g., EMIR, MiFID II).
- Support structured finance transactions, including securitisations and repackagings.
- Assist with margin lending, securities financing, and collateral arrangements.
- Coordinate with tax, regulatory, and insolvency specialists to deliver integrated advice.
- Manage due diligence and transaction execution for complex cross‑border deals.
- Maintain client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
- NQ-3 Solicitor who has undertaken a derivatives seat or worked in this space since qualification.
- Strong academic background.
- Experience in derivatives; exposure to securitisation, structured finance, or energy/project finance is desirable.
- Open to applicants in private practice or in‑house.
