Job Description
- Advise on derivatives across asset classes: credit, commodities, interest rates, FX, and equities.
- Draft and negotiate ISDA and other master trading documentation (GMRA, GMSLA, ToBs).
- Support structured finance deals including margin loans and strategic equity financings.
- Advise on EMIR and other regulatory frameworks.
- Collaborate on cross-border, multi-asset class transactions.
The Successful Applicant
- England & Wales qualified solicitor with 3+ years' PQE.
- Strong experience in derivatives and structured finance.
- Solid understanding of ISDA documentation and EMIR compliance.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Experience at a leading law firm or in-house at a financial institution is a plus.
