Description:
- Provide leadership, support and mentoring to a small Finance team.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present detailed management reports to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Support the implementation of cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.

Profile: The Senior Finance Business Partner should have:
