Job Description
- P2P & Finance System Oversight: Oversee end‑to‑end SAP P2P processes and provide first‑line technical support for AP, AR, GL, Banking, and Project modules.
- Operational Support & Collaboration: Conduct daily system checks and assist finance teams with payment runs, user access, and workflow improvements to ensure seamless operations.
- Master Data & Reporting: Manage Master Data governance for cost centres and GL hierarchies while generating reports to provide actionable business insights.
- System Enhancements & Testing: Identify, test, and implement SAP system upgrades and new features to drive continuous improvement and resolve technical issues.
- Compliance & Training: Ensure strict adherence to public sector regulations while maintaining comprehensive documentation and delivering end‑user training.
The Successful Applicant
- SAP P2P Expertise: Proven proficiency in SAP P2P modules, processes, and related finance functions (AP/AR/GL).
