Job Description
- Plan and schedule day-to-day repairs, void works, and major repairs.
- Manage damp & mould cases and ensure compliance with health standards.
- Raise and close work orders accurately using housing management systems.
- Liaise with contractors and internal teams to ensure timely completion.
- Provide excellent customer support and resolve queries professionally.
- Monitor progress and update systems to reflect job status.
- Occasional travel to different sites every couple of months.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in social housing repairs planning or scheduling.
- Strong organisational and IT skills (housing management systems experience).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
