Job Description:
- Provide day‑to‑day delivery and oversight of operational functions across premises management, HR, governance, IT, finance admin, and systems.
- Act as the operational point of contact, troubleshooting issues and coordinating with external HR and IT partners.
- Support strategic planning, risk management, and organisational development.
- Oversee office and facilities management, including compliance, insurance, suppliers, and business continuity.
- Coordinate HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, policies, and wellbeing.
- Lead governance support: Board administration, minutes, regulatory filings, and policy reviews.
- Support finance administration: invoices, payroll, expenses, payment runs, and year‑end processes.
- Oversee IT and data systems, software licences, user access, and GDPR compliance.
- Maintain high quality internal systems, templates, and organisational documentation.

The Successful Applicant: A successful Operations Manager should have:
