About Our Client

They are a specialist law firm who have offices internationally but their main office is in London in the City with circa 100 including a fairly large team of PAs. Please note this role is 5 days a week in the office.

Job Description

  • Manage complex diary arrangements and organise meetings for Partners and Associates, most work is for Partners.
  • Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking transport and accommodation.
  • Maintain and update client files and databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails, redirecting where necessary.
  • Assist with billing processes, including preparing invoices and tracking payments.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Legal PA should have:

  • Previous experience working as a Legal PA
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
