Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead on a diverse and challenging caseload, with a strong emphasis on litigated family law matters. You will work closely with clients on issues including financial remedy proceedings, private children disputes, and high-conflict separations - often involving significant assets and international considerations.
You will be joining a supportive and ambitious team that values strategic thinking, client care, and courtroom excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead on complex family law cases, particularly those involving litigation.
- Represent clients in court, including financial and children proceedings.
- Advise on divorce, separation, and cohabitation disputes.
- Draft and negotiate pre- and post-nuptial agreements.
- Provide clear, empathetic, and commercially sound legal advice.
- Mentor junior solicitors and contribute to the firm's growth and reputation.
The Successful Applicant
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 5+ years PQE in Family Law.
- Strong litigation experience, particularly in financial remedy and children matters.
- Excellent advocacy and negotiation skills.
