Job Description:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support in the office of the CEO.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and update records, files, and databases accurately.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in organising events and conferences as required.
This role is 4 days a week in the office.
