Job Description
- Define and document cross-entity data quality processes in collaboration with the Data Governance team.
- Design and maintain data quality heatmaps for governance bodies.
- Provide data quality input to the Data Council and working groups.
- Act as the link between EMEA DMO and major transformation programs to ensure data quality is prioritized.
- Work with project teams to integrate data quality into project management practices.
- Run business and technical working groups to capture, understand, and resolve data quality issues.
- Document data quality rules and controls with data owners and metadata leads.
- Design SLAs, measures, and supplier agreements for data quality.
- Develop training materials and deliver initial sessions.
- Mentor junior team members and provide hands-on support.
The Successful Applicant
- Experienced Data Quality SME with a proven track record in process design and documentation.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Financial services experience preferred but not essential.
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a hands-on capacity.
