Job Description
You will be advising clients on a wide range of commercial property transactions, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties
- Commercial leases and portfolio management
- Property development, options, and site assembly
- Planning and commercial financing
- Asset purchase acquisitions
- Sale and acquisition of freehold land and buildings
You will also be expected to:
- Manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Deliver commercially astute legal advice
- Contribute to the firm's business development and marketing efforts
- Maintain high standards of client care and compliance
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for someone with:
- At least 5 years' PQE in commercial property
- Confidence managing their own caseload

- Experience in residential conveyancing or working in a Lexcel/CQS-accredited firm (desirable but not essential)
