Job Description
You will work across a broad spectrum of commercial property matters, supporting a diverse client base that includes:
- Commercial and residential developers
- Investors and landowners
- Asset managers and corporate occupiers
- Commercial landlords and tenants
The work will be varied and engaging, typically involving:
- Acquisitions and disposals of commercial and mixed-use sites
- Advising on development-related matters
- Landlord and tenant work, including leasing and portfolio management
- General transactional property work
- Supporting partners on more complex matters while managing your own caseload
This role offers significant client exposure, the opportunity to work closely with partners, and involvement in interesting, high-value transactions.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- 2-5 years' PQE in commercial property from a recognised practice
- Experience in acquisitions, disposals, development-related matters, and/or landlord and tenant work
- Strong academics and a solid grounding in Real Estate law
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Good commercial awareness and a proactive, organised approach to managing files
- The ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
