A leading global advisory firm is expanding its HR M&A practice within its high-performing Integration & Separation team. This is a rare opportunity to join a market-leading group advising on some of the largest, most complex and high-profile global transactions - from multi-billion-pound integrations and spin-offs, to carve-outs, disposals and joint ventures.
You will work alongside senior deal execution teams to shape people strategy through the full transaction lifecycle - from due diligence through to post-deal integration. The team operates across a diverse range of sectors including financial services, healthcare, real estate, consumer, industrial, technology, media and business services.

Job Description

- Lead and manage people-related aspects of deals, providing expert advice and solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored HR strategies.
- Oversee the integration and separation processes during mergers and acquisitions.
- Provide guidance on workforce planning, organisational design, and cultural alignment.
- Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions for stakeholders.
- Prepare and present insightful reports and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.
- Stay informed about trends and developments in the Professional Services industry.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience delivering HR or organisational design programmes in an M&A environment, ideally within a consulting or complex corporate setting.
- Strong understanding of the deal lifecycle - from due diligence through execution.
- Expertise in one or more of the following:
- Organisational design and operating models
- HR operations and transformation
- Employee experience and engagement
- Talent and workforce planning
- Labour relations, TUPE, restructuring and redundancy
