Job Description

Based from the Warrington office, the Customer Support Applications Engineer will:

  • Use product knowledge to guide clients in product selection.
  • Provide quotes for parts and systems to potential customers.
  • Provide technical support information.
  • Formulate technical commercial solutions from customer enquiries.
  • Respond in a timely manner to technical enquiries.
  • Liaise with the customer and engineering to ensure the customer receives the appropriate support.
  • Help to ensure that the departments KPI's are met.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that prospective and existing clients are targeted with relevant marketing collateral.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the business.
