Job Description
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and management accounts monthly
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and credit control team members
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and financial institutions
- Implement and improve financial controls, policies, and procedures
- Lead, supervise, and develop finance team members
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Team Leader should have:
- Experience in producing month end management accounts
- Experience in leading a small finance team
- Experience working in a high-volume and fast-paced environment
