This role is with an international public affairs, strategic research and communications consultancy. Their capabilities comprise of a mixture of strategic insight, research and communications, corporate intelligence, project management and campaign delivery.
Job Description
- Lead and manage complex projects and work across multiple workstreams
- Acting as the key point of contact and strategic counsel for clients, and as digital and political expert for the company.
- Ability to articulate complex ideas and politically salient advice to client stakeholders and confidently facilitate client meetings, understanding the political climate.
- Anticipating project risks and actively seeking solutions β including the identification of new trends, skills and software in political digital campaigning
- Leading on insightful digital analysis to build an evidence base to support strategy development and change
- Managing others and empowering career development and mentoring talent across the practice
- Actively contribute to business development through the identification of new opportunities with new and existing clients
- Being part of pitch teams and presenting to new and existing clients, maximising digital output and capabilities on new and existing projects
- Understanding project financials, including correct pricing, and managing budgets
- Experience and knowledge with delivering multi-platform social media campaigns in a particular knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Meta, YouTube. Experience coordinating with external agencies would be beneficial.
- Advertising skills across Meta, Google and X
- Managing social media listening and reporting outputs on digital campaigns
- Coordination of content creation across project teams
The Successful Applicant
A successful Campaign Manager should have the ability to problem solve with exceptional organisational and communication skills and should demonstrate the following:
- Substantial relevant public affairs and/or management consulting experience, or similar
- Experience in leading client relationships and managing key stakeholders independently
- Demonstrated ability to work in complex environments both independently and as part of a team
- Indepth knowledge of UK politics
- Ability to build and maintain networks across the company and the external market with a view of winning work
- Passion for delivering exceptional client work
- Proven ability to lead, manage and motivate teams
- Ability to use initiative and a willingness to embrace innovation and continuous improvement
- Experience with problem diagnosis, solution development, client communications, decision-making facilitation, documentation, stakeholder management and project profitability
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and to thrive in a fast-paced environment
