Job Description:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the South East.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
- Re-engage dormant accounts and maximise cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Maintain a strong and active pipeline to support consistent revenue growth.
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to customers.
- Lead commercial conversations and negotiate terms while protecting margins.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.
- Track performance, forecast accurately and report progress to the Head of Sales.
- Meet agreed annual revenue and activity targets.
