Job Description
- Lead business change initiatives, planning and executing projects with precision and efficiency through a people-lens.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and people processes.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels, communicating effectively, bringing people with you and managing expectations.
- Identify opportunities for modernisation and improvements within the business.
- Ensure change projects align with the company\’s strategic objectives and people-centric values.
- Monitor the progress of change initiatives, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
- Manage potential risks and issues associated with change implementation.
- Facilitate awareness, training and support for staff to adapt to changes effectively.

A successful \’Business Change Lead\’ should have:
- Proven experience in business change management within large scale organisations.
- Demonstrable evidence of delivering business change and experience winning hearts and minds.
- Ideally, you\’ll have contributed to multiple change journeys across your career to date.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A strategic mindset, with the ability to envision and implement change effectively.
- An understanding of various Change methodologies and their application in a business change context.
- If certified, to a practitioner level e.g. PROSCI
