Job Description

  • Lead business change initiatives, planning and executing projects with precision and efficiency through a people-lens.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and people processes.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels, communicating effectively, bringing people with you and managing expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for modernisation and improvements within the business.
  • Ensure change projects align with the company\’s strategic objectives and people-centric values.
  • Monitor the progress of change initiatives, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
  • Manage potential risks and issues associated with change implementation.
  • Facilitate awareness, training and support for staff to adapt to changes effectively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful \’Business Change Lead\’ should have:

  • Proven experience in business change management within large scale organisations.
  • Demonstrable evidence of delivering business change and experience winning hearts and minds.
  • Ideally, you\’ll have contributed to multiple change journeys across your career to date.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A strategic mindset, with the ability to envision and implement change effectively.
  • An understanding of various Change methodologies and their application in a business change context.
  • If certified, to a practitioner level e.g. PROSCI
