A growing chartered accountancy practice based near Bristol is searching for an Audit and Accounts Semi Senior to join their team in a role offering study support, increasing responsibility and career progression.
Client Details: Based near Bristol with parking on site, the firm acts for a wide spectrum of clients across very varied industries, sectors and turnovers. Alongside a proportion of smaller sole traders, partnerships and limited companies, the firm also acts for a significant number of larger OMBs, SMEs, not for profit, charity and larger corporates, groups and subsidiaries with audit requirements. The firm is of medium size with long-serving managerial professionals supporting Directors/Partners. The environment offers a flexible approach, along with autonomy to pursue areas of interest with full study support on offer.
Responsibilities: Joining their near Bristol offices as an Audit and Accounts Semi Senior, you will be delivering audit services for wide-ranging clients, taking up a significant portion of your role. Alongside this, you will have involvement in other wide-ranging work including accounts, tax and general accountancy practice service delivery, and you will assist managers and partners on wider project work as you develop within this team and role. You will be developed and encouraged to progress technically within this environment and the role offers an excellent opportunity for the right professional looking to further their career in the profession.
Qualifications: For this Audit and Accounts Semi Senior role, it will suit someone who is studying or a part/finalist of ACA or ACCA. For those at the final stages of their qualifications, continuation of training contract will be offered and claw back of training cost help can be investigated, should the right candidate be subject to this on resigning from their current post. You will typically have two years or more of accountancy practice experience across any mix of: audit, accounts, tax, etc., and be looking to further your career within the profession, with increasing responsibility and progression on offer as you carve a key position within this successful team and department.
Job Offer: Circa £30,000 - £38,000 + dependent on experience, background and level of the right professional, plus benefits.
