About Our Client

Responsibilities:
- Manage your own portfolio of clients, using your excellent communication skills and expertise to build strong, long-term relationships and serve as their main point of contact for all things accounting.
- Plan, schedule and oversee key client communication, delivering valuable financial insights through all communication channels.
- Act as a conduit between clients and our delivery team, answering and ensuring smooth operations.
- Provide technical support to the delivery team on complex accounting issues, ensuring clients meet their compliance deadlines.
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients, supporting the Manager with fee negotiations, budget control and business development.
The Successful Applicant:
- ACA/ACCA qualified.
- Proven experience managing client portfolios.
- A passion for delivering excellent client service and acting as a trusted business partner.
- A competent user of Xero or equivalent accounting software.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
