About Our Client
Our client is in the Public Sector and we are looking for a Lead Developer to join on a 12 Month FTC. This role is remote with 6 days a month in their Brighton office.
Job Description
- This role is a mix of hands-on coding and technical leadership.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Ensure code quality, security, and performance through best practices and standards.
- Be involved in technical strategy.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Oversee the integration of new technologies to improve existing systems.
- Monitor and resolve technical issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document development processes and create user-friendly technical documentation.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
