About Our Client
Our client is the Public Sector and is looking for a Lead Developer to join on a 12 Month Inside IR35 Contract. This role will be remote with 4 days a month visits to their office in Brighton.
Job Description
- Lead the development and implementation of software solutions to meet organisational goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Ensure the quality and performance of developed applications through testing and optimisation.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for all development projects.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with organisational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
