This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-moving, commercially focused team where you will play a key role in driving insight, improving reporting, and supporting strategic decision making across the business.

Job Description

  • Deliver comprehensive financial planning and analysis to support business strategies.
  • Produce weekly and period P&L reporting, analysing performance against budget and prior year.
  • Consolidate budgets, forecasts and targets, identifying risks, opportunities and trends.
  • Act as the key contact for Finance queries across the business unit.
  • Work closely with commercial finance teams to support accurate forecasting.
  • Support improvements to the reporting suite and FP&A tools.
  • Provide in-depth financial and variance analysis to support operational performance.
  • Work with Finance Systems to support the transition of budgeting and forecasting.
  • Manage and develop a direct report.

The Successful Applicant

  • Relevant qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in financial planning and analysis.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
  • Experienced in a similar Finance Manager, FP&A or Commercial Finance role.
  • Strong technically, with the ability to work with complex data.
  • Confident influencing and challenging stakeholders at all levels.
  • A fully qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA).
