Job Description
- Handle exclusively complex, litigated EL/PL disputes
- Acting for major retail clients
- Working effectively within a team of six litigators and broader support staff
- Delivering efficient, client-focused defence strategies
- Maintaining high standards of professional knowledge across EL/PL litigation
The Successful Applicant
- A solicitor (or equivalent) with solid experience defending personal injury claims, specifically in EL and PL
- At least 2 years' PQE, preferably in a complex defence setting
- Confident handling high-stakes, litigated caseloads with minimal oversight
- Collaborative, technically adept, and comfortable working entirely on defended matters
