Job Description
The Retail and Private Banking Lawyer will be:
- Advising on legal and regulatory risk across retail and private banking products and services
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex banking documentation and agreements
- Supporting product launches, regulatory change initiatives and compliance matters
- Working closely with business, compliance and risk teams to mitigate legal exposure
- Contributing to governance frameworks and risk‑management strategy within retail and private banking
The Successful Applicant
