Expanding mid-market accountancy firm with an established NFP / Public Sector team. A mid-market accounting firm, led by its partners, that has grown in recent years across the Midlands and has aspirations to organically grow a further 5x in the coming years.
Responsibilities:
- Working as part of an established not-for-profit and public sector audit team to successfully deliver a broad range of audit engagements across varied sectors.
- Working with the not-for-profit and public sector leadership team to deliver on the firm's audit strategy in these sectors.
- Playing a lead role in developing your local office - recruiting, training and retaining team members at all levels, with the support of your peers.
- Leading on tender opportunities in the Midlands in your specialist sectors.
Qualifications:
- Strong track record of managing a wide ranging portfolio of NFP and Public Sector clients.
- Ideally, you will be qualified as an RIA true leader who enjoys developing a team, has strong personal skills and is an excellent communicator.
- Prior experience of business development and keen to expand on this.
