Job Description - Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll for all employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in pay.
  • Verify timesheets, overtime, and other payroll-related data.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (tax, pensions, benefits).
  • Respond to employee payroll queries promptly and professionally.
  • Support the reconciliation of payroll accounts and assist with audits.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams for accurate data flow.

  • Any relevant UK payroll exposure - such as PAYE, NI calculations, SMP, SSP etc.
