Job Description
You will assist the Banking & Finance team with:
- Onboarding arrangements for clients and preparing engagement letters
- Drafting and managing transactional documents and conditions precedent
- Preparing documents for completion and checking legal documentation
- Supporting the team in delivering outstanding client service
- Managing payment instruction forms and invoices, ensuring smooth workflow
The Successful Applicant
- Previous experience in Banking & Finance or similar legal environment
- Property finance or real estate finance experience desirable
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a busy workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and attention to detail
