Job Description The Assistant Director will be responsible for executing complex transactions involving debt, equity, and guarantees. This includes supporting Directors, analysing investment opportunities, collaborating with co-investors, negotiating documentation, and driving due diligence and investment approval processes. The role also involves acting as an ambassador for the organisation. Core Responsibilities in brief: Market Engagement: Support Directors in engaging with investors, developers, banks, and industry. Attend industry events and round tables to generate new investment opportunities. Originate and Screen Projects: Assist in identifying and evaluating potential projects.
